About the brand
BB Wallace is the new knitwear line from Belgian designer Meryll Rogge, recently appointed creative director of Marni, and knitwear specialist Sarah Allsopp. While Rogge is celebrated for her bold, deconstructive vision in fashion, BB Wallace was born from a desire for something quieter and more intimate — a collection that embraces warmth, continuity, and the comfort of everyday rituals.
Created in the Belgian countryside of Deinze, the brand reflects a slower pace of life and a deep respect for craft. Each piece is carefully made in natural yarns: double-faced knits with Shetland wool on the outside and Italian cashmere inside, Fair Isle patterns reimagined in surprising palettes, and colors that feel both tender and rich — apple green, lilac, truffle, burgundy. Many of the garments pay tribute to artists and icons, bearing names like Sherman, Emin, Riley, and Bowie, subtle nods to a world where art and life meet.
