Description
Staying true to their philosophy of not hiding the objects we use and letting them be part of the interior, Muller Van Severen created these five circle-shaped objects to be used as food trays. “five circles” consists of three polyethylene and two marble discs, the design duo’s two favorite materials since the beginning. When piled up these five disks form a colorful sculpture in the kitchen or on the dinner table. Use them as pot coasters, serving plates or let them fulfill a mere decorative function.
Set of 5 coasters, packed in a beautiful giftbox with certificate signed by the designers.

Care instructions
The 3 polyethylene circles have a temperature limitation of max 70° Celcius / 158° Fahrenheit. It is recommended to clean all five circles by hand.

About the designer
Since 2011, Muller van Severen, the design practice of Fien Muller and Hannes van Severen, has been on an inspired quest for sculpturally interesting furniture objects - items that are spontaneous and produced with apparent effortlessness. The universe they create together dovetails quite naturally with their work as separate artists.
