Our kitchen
The downstairs restaurant is run by our chef Jan Keuppens. Cooking is twin-connected with the environment we live in. To lower the ecological footprint of our dishes, we put a lot of time in product research, from rooftop gardening to visiting local farmers.
For Graanmarkt 13, our chefs transform the daily harvest of locally sourced fresh ingredients, Graanmarkt rooftop herbs and honey into generous dishes.
For lunch and diner, Graanmarkt 13 offers a daily varying choice of fish or meat along with various vegetarian tapas-style dishes to share. Reservation recommended for the restaurant and the courtyard. Service hours restaurant and courtyard Tuesday-Saturday from 12-2.30 pm and 6-10 pm.
On the terrace in front of our facade, we serve small bites and drinks, no reservation required. Service hours small bites and drinks front terrace, Tuesday-Saturday between 12-10pm.
