BEFORE FIRST USE: Put the ceramic (without lid) in a with water filled cooking pot. Make the water boil, turn of the heat and let the water cool down. After this, the pot is ready for use, but it is recommended to rub a piece of garlic all around the (unglazed) pot for extra protection.

After completing these steps, you will be able to unlimitedly enjoy your piece of craftsmanship.
